What the assessment uses

We research your public homepage and business listings through DataForSEO. Anthropic processes a bounded extract of public homepage content to summarize the company. It also receives your operational answers, excluding the financial calculator inputs and your email, to explain possible connections between those answers and website evidence. We save your confirmed company details, assessment answers, and any numbers you enter to prepare your plan.

What we keep

Your assessment, report, and any email delivery request are retained for 30 days. An essential, HttpOnly cookie lets this browser resume your assessment. Public company research may be reused for up to 24 hours. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire within 24 hours. Provider usage logs contain operation and cost information, not your operational answers or email address.

Your report link

The report uses a randomly generated private link. Anyone you share that link with can read the report. It is excluded from search indexing. Do not share it publicly if your answers contain confidential business information.

Email and contact

If you request email delivery, Resend receives your address and report email. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to marketing. A separate optional checkbox lets you request contact from Valve+Meter. We do not use your assessment answers for an industry benchmark.

Contact Valve+Meter through our contact page. Mention the AI Opportunity Assessment and the company domain. Please avoid sending a private report link through a public channel.
